Crystal Engineering Solutions was founded in 1999 by Chris Kizy and Todd Zill as a full service engineering company providing design solutions to our customers in the manufacturing industry. At its core, Crystal Engineering Solutions focuses on automation, hardware design, and PLC programming.
In 2002 Crystal Engineering Solutions expanded to include Crystal Employment Services, a skilled trades contracting company. This partnership has allowed CES to build designed systems.
In 2012 CES moved into its new 33,000 sq ft facility located in Troy, MI. A larger facility has allowed CES to take on more volume, service larger equipment, and allows us to build customer projects on our floor space. CES builds, ships, installs, and services, projects all over the world to meet the needs of our clients on a global scale.
Throughout the years the CES commitment to service and quality has remained consistent. We work closely with our customers to define job requirements, and match our services to their specific needs.
